Confusing scanner

Ok so i have this scanner/printer and i want to get some work up onto DA if i post the make and someone recognises it can you help me out ? I don`t have a clue where the instructions went.... bet my dog ate them ! !

Anyway the scanner is HP Photosmart C4100 series, so if anyone has one message me please, i want to put some work on DA.
